08:36 – Fight – 200 N 5th – Multiple RP’s advised of a verbal domestic between approximately 4-5 individuals.  Two male subjects reported to have baseball bats in hand.  Spoke wot all involved, was not a domestic.  Verbal only fight between a few individuals.

11:32 – Motorist Assist – 1st & College – silver in color SUB broke down – pushed out of roadway

11:46 – Reckless/Careless driver – NB on Main from Hubbard – Black GMC Sonoma swerving all over the road and running vehicles off the road – vehicle made it to residence

12:28 – Welfare check – 401 W Blackwell – RP out of town and said his adult daughter sent texts, pictures and made phone calls to him and the daughter’s ex-boyfriend saying that she was being held at a residence with her 9 year old son and they were not letting them leave – RP requested we check the welfare of the daughter and child – made contact with female subject – she was removed from the home

16:28 – Harassment/Intimidation – 706 S 21st Apt C – RP advised her and her ex-husband split a few weeks ago and he will not stop trying to make contact with her by phone – spoke with – options given

19:12 – Threats/Intimidation – Washington School – subject walking through school property and starting at houses walking same path repeatedly – UTL

20:35 – Larceny – other – 903 Robin Road – has been out of town moving when returned home belongings are missing – report taken

 

August 21

06:42 – Trespassing/Unwanted Subject – 1014 S Main – Ex Husband is in the house and not supposed to be there – male subject gone before officer arrived on scene

09:53 – Assist other agency – 1006 Franklin – Abandoned vehicle belonging to resident that was found out in the county – spoke with son, father not home

11:39 – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – A street alley between Florence & Kansas – brown Chevy pickup, newer model – spoke with subjects, they have permission to be there

14:31 – Fire Department Call – 2105 Ferguson – fire alarm – alarm company cancelled

18:12 – Standby – 401 W Blackwell – standby to pick up belongings – complete

19:14 – Burglary – 1322 S 3rd – door kicked in and everything taken out of house – report taken

21:11 – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – C & Ferguson – white suburban sitting on the corner with someone in it for several house – everything checks okay

22:04 – Domestic – 417 Highland – man & woman screaming and breaking things – verbal only

01:51 – Call for other agency – 

09:02 – Disturbance – loud noise – Bridge & Padon fireworks

14:50 – Fire Department Call – 12250 N 108th – Braman – lift assist for 70-year-old

15:50 – Domestic – 1405 Colorado

17:16 – Call for other agency – I-35 MM 222 SB – transferred to OHP

18:26 – Call for other agency – I-35 – someone tailgating

20:05 – Threats/Intimidation – 811 S 1st – threatening phone calls – information report taken

20:46 – Assault/Battery – 811 S 1st – RP advised subject threatening him showed up at his house with a weapon and got physical with him – arrested 40-year-old Terry Pendelton for assault with a deadly weapon – hold for Kay County

21:04 – Prisoner in Custody - arrested 40-year-old Terry Pendelton for assault with a deadly weapon – hold for Kay County

August 23

06:53 – Fire Department Call – Waste Water Plant – Fire Alarm – does not smell smoke – wants fire department to check out panel

08:04 – Release Prisoners – PD – released Terry Pendleton to KCDC

11:37 – Abandoned Vehicle – 809 W McKinley – alley – small motorcycle abandoned in alley by a carport – dirt bike picked up

17:53 – Call for other agency – Anthony Kansas – subject called 911 and advised he was in Anthony, Kansas and had hit a deer Given number to Kansas Highway Patrol

19:10 – Call for other agency – 417 Clyde Braman – RP called and advised that there was a male subject walking around town trying to sell dish network packages – caller in Braman – transferred to Kay County SO

20:29 – Fire Department Call – 1/8 mile west on Brake road – fuel line from pumping unit on fire

20:43 – Prisoner in Custody – arrested one adult male 35-year-old Matthew Scott Horinek for driving while revoked – hold for city of Blackwell – bond is $570.00

21:39 – Standby – 1012 S 10th Apt 40 – RP was the apartment owner and requested we standby while she confronts a tenant’s guest about flipping breakers inside the apartment – Options given – trespass warning issued to problematic subject.

22:50 – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – 4th & Blackwell – RP reported two male subject walking down 4th – said they had stopped by residence and had been antagonizing her dog – one seems to be intoxicated.

22:58 – Prisoner in Custody – arrested one juvenile male for public intoxication and curfew violation 

23:53 – Release Prisoner – released juvenile male to guardians

 

August 24

01:17 – Parking Complaint – S of Doolin on 25th – owner getting vehicle moved

05:30 – Release Prisoner - released Matthew Horinek on Bond

05:37 – Business Alarm – Immanuel Baptist Church – Front Door Alarm – Lobby Motion

07:24 – Unsecure Building/Vehicle -2104 Ridgeway – Unsecure House – house was secure

14:59 – Call for other agency – I-35 SB from 218 – reckless driver – transferred to OHP

17:09 – Call for other agency – Braman – motorist assist – Kay County

19:22 – Larceny from auto – Blackwell Mini Storage – RP called and advised his storage unit had been broken into again

19:38 – Call for other agency – 44th & Ferguson – RP said he is an attendant at the golf course and he advised the subject across the road has a hole in his fence and cattle keep getting out and getting on the greens – transferred to KCSO

19:53 – Burglary – Old Washington School – RP owns the old school and advised he put up cameras.  Said he was changing out the memory cards when he noticed one had been stolen – no report requested at this time, would only like us to be aware the theft occurred.

20:22 – Fire Department Call – 600 E Bridge – RP reported a 5-6 foot bonfire in backyard

23:44 – Domestic – 114 E Lawrence – RP advised he and girlfriend had gotten into an argument and she had hit him while he was laying in bed – spoke with – the subjects are going to separate for awhile.

23:50 – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – 100 E Ferguson – RP advised of a vehicle that appeared to be stashed in the SW corner lot of the medical center – it appears it may have possibly been in an accident – vehicle parked behind owners’ residence – not the medical center parking lot.

August 25

00:02 - Assist other agency – BRH ER – RP was a nurse and advised that Newkirk PD brought in a female subject for evaluation and she was belligerent – they need help restraining the subject

03:50 – Intoxicated Driver – I-35 NB – Tonkawa PD called and advised of a Grey Nissan with 4 intoxicated individuals inside the vehicle – Officer’s advised – made contact with vehicle and subjects, driver was sober.

04:39 – Prisoner in Custody – 219 E College – arrested Raymond Leroy Robinson for child neglect – hold for KCDC

04:39 – Prisoner in Custody – 219 E College – arrested Aaron Littlewolf Hawk for child neglect – hold for KCDC

04:39 – Prisoner in Custody – 219 E College – arrested Jessica Nichole Wood for child neglect – hold for KCDC

07:04 – Disturbance – other – 806 W Blackwell Apt 701 – called advised of disturbance with Joshua McWilliams over an air mattress

18:50 – Lost/Found property – 4415 W Doolin – fount wallet – located owner and returned

20:54 – Standby – 532 W McKinley – door kicked in doesn’t want to go in alone in case someone is still in there – residence checked clear

23:37 – Warrant/Subpoena – 20th & Lincoln – negative contact

05:24 – Reckless/Careless driver – W bound on HWY 11 – speeding silver Dodge pickup passing at a high rate of speed about to go into Blackwell – wasn’t speeding or driving reckless
