08:46 – Welfare Check – 1405 Colorado – subject showed up at the house and RP wants a welfare check due to previous encounters with the subject – check was clear

08:59 – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – 1322 S 3rd – 2 blonde females are going in and out of a vacant house taking items – house has been vacant since January – spoke with – subjects were the owner of the house

15:14 – Motorist Assist 10:26 – HWY 11 & 44th – car broke down and owner needs a ride to her house

15:49 – Fraud, Bogus, Checks, Forger, Embezzlement – 224 W Blackwell – lawyer kept money from subject and won’t return any calls – spoke with

17:37 – Runaway – 10th & Bridge – juveniles male – located

22:01 – Fire Department Call – 1036 W Blackwell – someone burning wood and grass in alley between 9th & 11th on Oklahoma – fire was put out and advised resident of city ordinance

 

August 29

00:27 – Domestic – 441 E Blackwell – Male subject hitting female subject, male left in red Chevy – arrested 39-year-old Andrew Wooderson for DUI & Domestic Violent – hold for county

02:02 – Assist other agency – Main & Chrysler – donkey loose by the cemetery – owner contacted – fence fixed

09:03 – Release Prisoner – PD – released Andrew Wooderson to KCDC

19:31 – Fire Department Call – 1200 E College – smoke investigation – smoke was from a large fire northeast of Newkirk that is affecting the whole county.

19:47 – Disturbance – 500 E Oklahoma – RP reported people on motorcycles and 4 wheelers in the street driving at high rates of speed.  Spoke with RPs, no one wants to file a complaint due to the ATV being impounded and the driver being cited.

20:20 – Call for other agency – I-35 MM 221 – RP advise that he had run out of gas and was leaving his vehicle on the side of the road – transferred to OHP

20:33 – Disturbance – other – 4th & College – RP advised of a male subject wearing jeans and a black vest with blue jeans.  She said he was in the middle of the road arguing and yelling at himself.

20:41 – Prisoner in Custody – arrested one adult male for public intoxication – hold for city of Blackwell, bond is $620

21:00 – Disturbance – other – 4th & Blackwell – RP called and advised a male subject having a fit – RP said he chased an elderly man and is throwing things at vehicles – patrolled area – unable to locate

 

August 30

13:53 – Assist other agency – 177 & Canteen – out with subject for OHP – DUID

18:10 – Warrant/Subpoena – Walmart

18:14 – Prisoner in Custody – arrested 21-year-old Ryan Shane Beck for Felony Kay County Warrant – hold for KCDC

21:05 – Motorist Assist – 200 E Blackwell – 4-wheeler fell out of pickup driving down the road

21:30 – Welfare Check – 1013 W College – RP came to PD Lobby and said that an elderly female has been letting a family stay at her residence for 8-9 months.  He said this family bullies the female and takes advantage of her – The female has not called because she is scared of the subjects.  Spoke to all parties involved – Elderly female is not a victim – this situation is her choice – no action taken

 

August 31

09:30 – Fire Department Call – 624 W Lincoln – commercial fire alarm – school did not call in fire alarm test

12:42 – Harassment/Intimidation – PD – ref woman not leaving couple alone after an accident, they exchanged info and now shes claiming they are at fault.

15:43 – Prisoner in Custody – arrested one juveniles male for second degree burglary

16:10 – Fire Department Call – I-35 NB MM 233 – Braman – X8 – Truck w/trailer on fire – fire out

16:40 – Warrant/Subpoena – 9th & College – arrested Dakota Hicks for 3 county warrants

16:49 – Prisoner in Custody - PD – arrested Dakota Hicks on County warrants X 3 

17:30 – Released Prisoner – one juvenile released to parents

18:28 – Reckless/Careless driver – Main & Doolin – RP called and advised that a Maroon in Color Four Door car rant the stop sign at Main and Doolin – Vehicle was last seen pulling into subway.  Officers advised

18:39 – Release Prisoners – released juvenile male to Texas County

19:19 – Threats/Intimidation – Cell Phone – RP came to the PD Lobby and said he has received a threatening text message – spoke with and advised options

22:55 – Unsecure Building/Vehicle – 6th & Padon – vehicle with open door – everything checks ok

22:59 – Unsecure Building/Vehicle – 9th & Bridge – vehicle with open door – everything checks ok

23:34 – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – Behind VFW – unoccupied vehicle – subjects were in the bar

 

September 1

00:36 – Unsecure Building/Vehicle – 1st & Doolin – RP advised the back door of the Iron Horse is wide open – checked building, everything ok

02:38 – Vandalism – Houston School – RP lives near the Houston School and said he could hear what sounded like glass breaking at the school

04:44 – Suspicious Person/Vehicle - - South of School on Vinnedge – one subject on foot and a couple of dogs

12:33 – Fire Department Call – Highway 60 and 60th – transfer to Tonkawa

16:14 – Prisoner in Custody – arrested 19-year-old Andrew Braden Prince for public intoxication – bond is $620.00

21:45 – domestic – 1418 S “E” – RP is in Newkirk and her friend has been calling her saying her boyfriend is beating her up – both individuals are highly intoxicated – no signs of physical abuse – only verbal – female half is uncooperative, male half went to bed – female half will be on the other side of the residence to sleep it off

21:48 – Prisoner in Custody – arrested 34-year-old Joshua David Anderson for DUI of drugs (marijuana) and possession of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) – hold for KCDC

23:04 – Intoxicated Pedestrian – VFW – RP advised of an intoxicated female subject that attempted to leave – they would not let her leave and then called a Taxi – while waiting on the Taxi the individual attempted to fight the bartender – all okay – subject in Taxi heading home

23:10 – Reckless/Careless driver – Sleep Inn – RP advised of a red in color single cab Chevy pickup doing donuts and burnouts in the church parking lot – she then advised the vehicle was on the grass and hit a pole – the vehicle was last seen parked in the hotel parking lot – went to subjects residence, there was damage on the vehicle – no contact at the door
