NOVEMBER 5
02:51 – Domestic – 200 E College – RP advised he heard what he thought was a domestic – he said he’s been hearing car doors slam and a woman crying – patrolled East side of town – unable to locate any vehicle.

08:48 – Business Alarm – 412 W Blackwell – employee error

10:05 – Rape or Attempted Rape – 1800777 – 606 S 21st D – Officer spoke with RP and a report was taken

18:04 – Call for other agency -4800 S P – RP came to PD to report a stolen firearm – RP lives in Kay County jurisdiction – advised to contact KCSO

22:47 – Call for other agency – 1 N of I-35 on 177 – RP advised of a stranded motorist – transferred to OHP

23:08 – Unsecure building/vehicle – 117 ½ N Main – subject was owner of building – all checks ok

NOVEMBER 6
02:11 – Disturbance – loud noise – 100 S 5th – RP advised there is a male subject yelling obscenities in the front yard of the house directly north of hers – made contact – he was speaking with someone on the phone

10:09 – Fight – S of North Bridge – 1800779 – two males fighting in the street – bogus call

13:41 – Fraud – Bogus Checks, Forgery, Embezzlement – Coop

18:33 – Larceny – other – Bubba’s outdoor sports – RP advised they caught someone trying to take things from outside the store – trespass warning issued to subject caught

18:34 – Business Alarm – 124 W Blackwell – Alarm company advised of a silent panic alarm – accidental alarm – workers are changing batteries in the system and will be doing so until about 20:30

18:57 – Larceny – other – 925 N 8th – 1800781 – RP came to PD to report his dog stolen – he said he thinks his cousin is the person who stole the dog – report taken

19:03 - Prisoner in Custody – PD – 1800780 – arrested 38-year-old Eric Alan Lafferty for Kay County Warrant x 1 – hold for Kay County Detention Center

20:56 – Intoxicated Driver – NB on Main from Hubbard – RP advised of a possible intoxicated driver that is all over the road – located vehicle – after stopping the vehicle – subject checked okay

23:49 – Disturbance – loud noise – 1012 S 10th Apt 27 – 1800782 – RP advised she heard 3 gunshots coming from the east of her apartment complex – arrested the subject responsible for gunshots

NOVEMBER 7
01:28 – Harassment/Intimidation – 119 E Edwards – RP advised she is being harassed by subjects over the phone and social media – spoke with, advised, no report

02:29 – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – W side of paper building – out with vehicle – was the delivery driver for the newspaper

04:17 – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – E side of Braums – out with a vehicle occupied x 1 – it was an employee that showed up to work early

NOVEMBER 8
01:05 – Harassment/Intimidation – PD – RP advised she was being harassed via phone

08:38 – Release Prisoner – released Keith Thurman to Kay County

14:43 – Standby – 217 S 10th – civil issue – standby complete

15:58 – Call for other agency – I-35 – tire in middle of interstate

16:14 – Larceny – other – 218 W Ferguson – 1800784 – stolen rims – report taken

17:57 – Reckless/Careless driver WB on Doolin from Main – RP stated a dark green Chevy pickup driving reckless pulled into Wal Mart parking lot – Officer check area, unable to locate

18:35 – Civil Matter – PD – RP had question about ownership of a phone – officer spoke with RP on phone – civil matter

20:14 – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – 8th & Doolin – male in silver hoodie with dog – walking south on 8th, looking in cars and jiggling door handles – unable to locate

NOVEMBER 9
11:37 – Welfare Check – 223 E College – negative contact

14:05 – Call for other agency

14:27 - Prisoner in Custody – arrested 19-year-old Levi Wright for warrants out of Sedgwick CO

18:39 – Threats/Intimidation – 1209 S 6th – custody issue involving threats made to RP

19:30 - Vehicle broke down 1800 S Main

23:16 – Threats/Intimidation – 119 Edward – 1800786 – ongoing threats

23:45 – Call for other agency – I-35 NB past Exit 231 – vehicle in front of him has flickering tag light – transfer to OHP

NOVEMBER 10

03:04 – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – Shepherds on Doolin – out with 2 vehicles

04:34 – Domestic – 44th & Doolin – victim approached RP while pumping fuel – suspect vehicle is gold in color sedan - possibly a Chevy Malibu

07:45 – Residential Alarm – 705 E College – units arrived on scene, check was clear

11:48 – Motorist assist – 18th & Ferguson – White Dodge Charger

15:02 – Unsecure Building/Vehicle – 119 E Edwards – RP came home and noticed garage door was open to the house – advised she feels threatened and requested an officer – officers checked residence, check was clear

15:57 – Accident – no injury – 1307 W Doolin – NAPA – 1800787 – advised a car drove over the curb and has front end damage, unsure if driver is injured

17:23 – Disturbance – other – 312 W Padon Avenue – white male subject with facial hair – wearing dark blue hoodie, jeans and boots

18:16 – Disturbance – other – 1303 W Bridge – 1800788 – RP advised her ex-boyfriend showed up to her residence and was belligerent and intoxicated – subject last seen east bound on foot

18:35 – Prisoner in Custody – arrested 27-year-old Dillon Lee Chambers for malicious injury to property, aggravated assault and battery, obstruction and resisting arrest – hold for KCDC

20:442 – Call for other agency – I-35 NB 233 – RP advised of a chain being drug by a camper throwing sparks – transferred to OHP

21:28 – Disturbance – other – 1207 S 10th – RP called and advised a male subject has her car keys and won’t give them back - spoke with – civil matter

NOVEMBER 11

03:11 – Suspicious Person/Vehicle – Homeland parking lot – vehicle occupied X 1 juvenile male - subject was sent home

05:57 – Call for other agency – HWY 60 & O – RP advised there were some subject at her neighbors pond and she was unsure if they should be there or not – transferred to KCSO

10:25 – Intoxicated driver – 1300 W Doolin – blue Chevy pickup all over the road and not obeying traffic signs

10:43 – Call for other agency – I-35 Braman – man sitting on overpass – transferred to OHP

11:26 – Harassment/Intimidation – 11th & College – 1800789 – male subject trying to use blackmail against the RP – information report taken

12:04 – Vehicle broke down – vehicle maintenance

14:58 – Release Prisoner – PD – released Levi Wright to KCDC

17:05 – Vandalism – Fairgrounds – White Dodge pickup was vandalized over the weekend - no report taken

19:08 – Assist other agency – 13th & Chrysler – RP advised of a White Ford SUB slow rolling through the area – Kay County advised to make contact – made contact – identified and released – all checked okay for now

NOVEMBER 12
04:58 – Motorist Assist – Shepherd’s on S Main – RP advised of a female subject broke down at the pumps in a black 4-door car – subject received help – all checks okay

05:56 – Call for other agency – I-35 – RP advised his vehicle hit the center median cable – no injuries – road is not blocked – transferred to OHP
