19:37 – Prisoner in custody – Arrested Kevin Marquez for driving without a valid license, failure to stop at a stop light and US Department of Homeland Security Detainer

19:57 – Fire Department Call – 208 N 4th – Smoke Investigation – Couch was burning in the back yard – fire put out – resident advised of city ordinance, next time they will receive a citation.

02:47 – Call for other agency – I-35 Perry – driver has a flat tire – transferred to OHP

09:00 – Release Prisoner – released Kevin Marquez to Kay County

12:25 – Fire Department Call – I-35 exit 222 – called about a controlled burn

13:11 – Motorist Assist 10-26 – 29th & Doolin

17:07 – Fire Department Call – I-35 exit 222

18:41 – Threats/Intimidation – Sleep Inn – ex employee – no report at this time – advised of options

18:57 – Animal Bite – BRH

20:20 – Harassment/Intimidation – PD – advised ex-boyfriend was following her in a vehicle and would not stop – RP came to the PD and he followed behind her – spoke with advised options

21:14 – Disturbance – loud noise – 800 W Santa Fe

23:26 – Call for other agency – Blackwell Lake – X2 – Thought Someone was breaking into a cabin – transferred to KSCO

23:21 – Intoxicated driver – 122 N 6th – RP advised that subject had been drinking and was in a vehicle about to leave his residence – Officers checked the area – vehicle was unoccupied

23:37 – Call for other agency – I-35 ¼ mile S of state line – motorist popped a tire – they requested a wrecker phone number
