08:17 – RP advised her child harassed by another parent and she fears for her child’s safety – 204 W Coolidge – spoke with, advised of options

17:46 – Disturbance-other – Family members causing disturbance – Hillcrest

20:49 – Extra Patrol request – RP advised a red pickup continuously doing burnouts down the street but vehicle is not in the area at this time – 6th & McKinley going SB – units notified

21:50 – Suspicious Person or vehicle – male subject in a black shirt/pants walking W in the middle of the road – 200 W Blackwell

23:24 – Unsecure building/vehicle – unattended vehicle – made contact with owner – S side of the high school

01:47 – Unattended vehicle behind the convenience store – N of Wal Mart

07:31 – Welfare Check – RP advised elderly male sitting in his car in the driveway and has not moved for an hour – check area – all okay – 900 N 8th

18:18 – Speak with officer – speak with ref a female subject blackmailing RP with a video recording – PD – spoke with OPTS given

19:51 – Fire Department Call – Braman – RP advised of a poss field fire – Braman toned out – MM 229 just 1 mile S of the Braman exit, W side of road

21:50 – Reckless or careless driver – RP advised of a black pickup towing a jet ski and the trailer did not have any taillights – both units notified – S on Main street

23:02 – Prisoner in Custody – arrested Carrie Anderson on KSO warrant x1, poss of controlled substance x 1 & poss of paraphernalia

AUGUST 17
01:53 – Suspicious Person or vehicle – vehicle parked behind the bottle filling business; subject advised he was using the awning to cover vehicle from the storm – 1835 S Main

11:09 – Domestic – RP advised verbal domestic – 540 W McKinley – everything checks okay, spoke with

11:34 – Burglary – RP is watching her neighbors house and found an open window, believes someone has broken in – screen was torn from the storm, no entry made – 112 S 10th

14:18 – Intoxicated pedestrian – Man driving RV acting as if intoxicated – pulled up at house and started yelling at the resident – spoke with, was not intoxicated everything checks okay

16:37 – Motorist Assist – RP ad vised Chevy pickup in intersection – vehicle ran out of gas and is out of road – 3rd & Fulton

19:05 – Suspicious Person or vehicle – RP advised there was a poss suspicious person inside this unattended house – 1901 Elmwood – unable to locate any subject

AUGUST 18

02:17 – Reckless or careless driver – N on Main from HWY 60 – unable to locate

02:22 – Assist other agency – attempt to make contact and have resident call DHS – 2301 S 3rd

03:08 – Unattended vehicle with headlights on – 1100 S Main

16:39 – Welfare Check – RP advised of a female holding a sign asking for money – subject laid off from job trying to make money – Wal Mart

19:33 – Suspicious Person or vehicle e- RP advised male subject yelling at juvs – checked area unable to locate – 4th & Blackwell

19:54 – Traffic Stop- arrested 34-year-old Patrick Oliver for Kay County Warrant – Main & Bridge

20:18 – Animal – RP advised horse was sweating – check area unable to locate – Wal Mart
