Geneva Marie Brandt

January 14, 1961 – August 21, 2023

Geneva “Neva” Marie Brandt, 62, wife, mother, nana, sister and friend ran into the arms of Jesus on August 21, 2023, after many years of health issues. On July 26, 2023, she asked Jesus to forgive her of her sins and save her. After praying you could see the peace come over her, she became His daughter.

She was born to Merl and Delphine Ross on January 14, 1961 in Glendale, Arizona. She enjoyed traveling the US with her husband, Robert (Bob) Lee Brandt as his truck driving navigator. They were married on December 31, 1999. She was mother to “Connie” Garza and Nana to Kyleigh Garza. She was known as Aunt Neva to her nephews Cleatis Ross and Nathan Ross, and her niece Tess McBride. She was creative and an avid seamstress. For many years she enjoyed having coffee with her sugar in the early morning hours with her mother.

Geneva is survived by her mother, Delphine Ross, husband, Robert Lee Brandt, Daughter, Connie (Joel) Garza, Granddaughter, Kyleigh Garza, Brother’s; Leo “Ed” Flynn and Merl Ross and sister, Donna (Tim) Mills; her nephews Cleatis Ross and Nathan Ross and Niece, Tess (Jacob) McBride and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for 11 am on September 2, 2023, at Second Baptist Church, Ponca City, OK. Memorial contributions will be added to the education fund for Kyleigh, Geneva’s granddaughter.
