Paul K. Patrick

Paul K. Patrick of Edmond, OK passed away on May 7,2025. Paul was born April 30,1948 in

Blackwell, OK to Robert and Adelyne Patrick. He grew up in Blackwell and enlisted in the

Navy in 1968. He served in Vietnam, earning the Navy Achievement Medal with Combat V.

Upon discharging from the Navy, Paul relocated to Edmond, Oklahoma where he attended

and worked at the University of Central Oklahoma. Paul was passionate about biking and

was an active member of the Oklahoma Bicycle Society. He enjoyed long distance bike

rides and participated in Oklahoma Freewheel annually.

Paul is survived by: his sister, Judy Deffner of Blackwell, OK; daughter, Catherine Patrick of

Midwest City, OK; grandchildren, Joplin Woodworth, Kienan Patrick, Kye Edwards, and

Jenis Edwards; and four great grandchildren.

An informal celebration of Paul’s life will be held at Hafer Park in Edmond, OK on May

31,2025 at 11:00am.
