Rage in the Cage MMA Event comes to Blackwell January 17

January 07, 2026

Tickets are going fast for Blackwell’s first-ever MMA event, Rage in the Cage, which will be held January 17 at the Blackwell Event Center at the Fairgrounds.

Premium seats are listed at $55 each while standing room tickets are $39.25.

The main event will showcase Jeremiah Hill facing local Mike Lopez for the 170-pound amateur championship, a matchup expected to headline an evening of high-energy competition inside the cage.
Presented by Combat Syndicate in partnership with Rage in the Cage, the event continues a long-running regional MMA promotion that regularly draws fighters and fans from across Oklahoma and neighboring states. Rage in the Cage events feature amateur athletes competing under sanctioned rules, providing a platform for developing fighters to showcase their skills.
Doors open ahead of the scheduled 4:45 p.m. start time, with multiple bouts planned throughout the evening.

Organizers say the card will include fighters from a variety of gyms and backgrounds, adding to the competitive atmosphere that has made the promotion a staple in Oklahoma combat sports.

The night’s fight card is expected to release soon, but for those eager for a taste, they can see the matchups on the Rage in the Cage Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/Rageinthecageoklahoma
The event will take place at the Blackwell Event Center, located at 800 S. Main Street. Tickets are available online at www.stubwire.com and the event will also be streamed live at www.starfund.stream for viewers unable to attend in person.
