Rock & Brews Casino Announces Major Expansion with Entertainment Center, RV Park

May 20, 2026

Rock & Brews Casino and the Kaw Nation have announced a major expansion project that will add a new entertainment center and full-service RV park to the property, marking one of the largest developments in the casino’s history.
The expansion includes plans for a 25,000-square-foot entertainment venue and a 21-space RV park aimed at enhancing tourism, entertainment and overnight accommodations along the Interstate 35 corridor.
Casino officials announced the project May 11, describing it as a long-term investment in both the property and the region.
The new entertainment venue, to be called “R&B Live,” will feature a 1,000-seat performance space designed for concerts, comedy shows, boxing, mixed martial arts events, trade shows and community gatherings. Plans also include a bistro-style bar, open gathering spaces, VIP private dining areas and a retail store featuring Rock & Brews merchandise.
The expansion is intended to strengthen the casino’s position as a regional entertainment destination while increasing visitor engagement and repeat tourism.
The RV park will be located southeast of the casino property and will include full utility hookups for water, sewer and electricity. Amenities will include a 1,200-square-foot clubhouse with restrooms, showers and laundry facilities.
According to casino officials, the RV park project grew from the success of the casino’s existing “boondocking” overnight RV program, which allowed travelers to stay temporarily on-site without hookups.
“The program generated strong demand, leading directly to the development of this full-service destination,” said Bill Schutte, president of Kaw Gaming Inc.
Rock & Brews Casino operates through a partnership between the Kaw Nation and the Rock & Brews brand, which was co-founded by KISS band members Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons. The casino has received “Best Casino” recognition in Kay County for three consecutive years — 2023, 2024 and 2025 — according to General Manager Bruce McClure.
Kaw Nation Chair Kim Jenkins called the project an important milestone for the tribe and the surrounding community.
“This investment is about more than today; it’s about building a strengthened foundation for tomorrow,” Jenkins said in a statement. “By building opportunities for economic growth, culture connection and community involvement, we are helping ensure a better future for generations to come.”
Jenkins also noted the entertainment center will provide a space not only for concerts and public events, but also for tribal and cultural gatherings throughout the year.
Construction on both projects is scheduled to begin in May 2026. The RV park is expected to be completed by August 2026, while the entertainment center is projected for completion in May 2027.
